Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks an Asset Protection Operations Analyst to oversee AP service tickets, CCTV systems, burglar and fire alarm maintenance, and related equipment for stores, corporate offices, and distribution centers.

You will manage budgets, drive efficient ticket resolution, and collaborate with AP field leaders, vendors, and internal partners on new stores, remodels, and projects. Strong MS Office and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3–5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to influence colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP service ticket lifecycle across stores, offices and DCs.
• Collaborate with vendors, field leadership, and internal partners to ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Develop monthly/quarterly/annual reports and cost/trend analyses for budget planning.
