Walmart Roeland Park location seeks a strong leader to drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing accuracy, and clean store presentation. You will supervise associates, provide training, and implement business initiatives with clear expectations and feedback.

The role emphasizes loss prevention, safety, and ethical conduct, while developing teams to meet staffing needs and corporate goals. A robust background in asset protection and customer service is preferred.

Competenze

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year of experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection.
• 2 years of experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of applicable state requirements to work in asset protection and related trainings.

Mansioni

• Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, signing and inventory controls.
• Lead and develop hourly associates; hire, train, mentor and set clear expectations.
• Investigate and deter violations of policies; conduct or coordinate investigations and security activities.
• Maintain safety programs, assess accident trends, and train staff on prevention.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and asset protection policies across stores.
