Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Asset Protection in Savannah, GA to lead shortage prevention and protect store assets. You will drive programs, oversee investigations, and partner with senior leaders to reduce shrink and drive profitability.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AP management, strong leadership, and ability to work across store, division and regional teams while ensuring compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of Asset Protection management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead store executive team in planning and managing shortage prevention programs.
• Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Regional leaders to gain support for shortage goals.
• Manage and monitor internal/external theft investigations and recoveries.
• Analyze theft trends using AP reports, systems and technology.
• Ensure AP policies are understood and followed by the AP team.
• Manage payroll expenses and inventory processes.
• Lead special projects beyond the normal scope of responsibility.
