Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in asset protection.
• 1-3 years of Asset protection supervisory experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft reports.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop a team of Asset Protection direct reports.
• Assist the AP Manager in supervising indirect reports.
• Protect and monitor assets, alarms, and people by enforcing policies.
• Drive the Shortage Program and foster a shortage-minded culture.
• Identify shortage causes and craft preventive action plans with leadership.
• Assist with investigations and surveillance as needed; support safety.
• Promote safety and maintain a secure shopping/work environment.
• Build partnerships with local law enforcement and other stakeholders.
