Meijer is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor for an upcoming Farmington Hills store launch in Spring 2027. You will collaborate with leadership to prevent losses, protect assets, and foster a safe, compliant environment while mentoring the team and upholding company standards.

You will oversee investigations, safety audits, and shrink-reduction initiatives, working closely with Market Asset Protection and store leadership to ensure security and integrity across operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail/grocery/operations management experience.
• Retail/customer service leadership experience.
• Commitment to a diverse, inclusive culture and Meijer values.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and mentor staff.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a permanent member of the store's Safety Committee and promote 200% safety accountability.
• Investigate losses and enforce deterrence methods with store leadership.
• Lead shrink reduction for fresh inventory and food waste.
• Be DSD certified and advise on shrink and process improvements.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective strategies.
• Ensure physical security, alarm systems, and key controls are maintained.
• Develop shrink plans and collaborate with leadership on resolutions.
• Review financial reports to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to customers and team members.
