Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Market Asset Protection Manager for the East Detroit Market with oversight across multiple Michigan locations. You will lead the Asset Protection team, drive safety programs, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink while protecting assets.

The role requires multi-unit experience, OSHA knowledge, and strong investigative skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with opportunities for advancement within a family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of multi-unit asset protection experience and investigation ability.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with CCTV, alarm, and other store security systems.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and supervises Asset Protection Team Leaders.
• Investigates internal theft cases and safety issues.
• Conducts safety audits and reviews with store leadership.
• Drives safety programs and analyzes shrink and loss data.
• Coordinates with law enforcement and ORC investigations.
