The role leads the Asset Protection team, conducts safety audits, and ensures security systems are operational. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in retail or investigations are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher education preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and investigative capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages Asset Protection team leadership, hiring, reviews and budgeting alignment.
• Plans and participates in investigations of losses and deterrence methods.
• Serves on the store Safety Committee and upholds 200% safety accountability.
• Performs safety audits and develops remediation strategies for unsafe conditions.
• Ensures security systems, key control and alarms are functioning and staff trained.
• Develops shrink reduction strategies and partners with leadership for solutions.
• Maintains professional interfaces with outside authorities.
• Analyzes financial reports to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
• Conducts inventory assessments and participates in store meetings.
