Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year of experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention in a multi-department environment.
• 2 years of experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.
• Possible background checks and firearms training where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates through coaching, feedback and clear expectations.
• Control unexplained loss and improve profitability via inventory controls.
• Investigate and document losses; support casework and required reporting.
• Monitor safety programs; train associates on accident prevention and safety.
• Oversee claims, receiving operations and adherence to policy requirements.
