You will engage with customers and associates with a strong greeting and eye contact, and support store leadership with training and awareness efforts. This role requires leadership, presence, and the ability to manage sensitive situations, conduct store audits, and partner with law enforcement as needed.

• Ability to remain calm in tense situations.
