Responsibilities

• Provide a deterrent to dishonest behaviors through presence, dress code, and energetic greetings.
• Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and strong communication with leadership.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk areas to promote respectful interactions and strong service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of shortage areas and programs to identify and reduce theft.
• Report indicators of external theft and assist in coordinating with law enforcement as needed.
• Support store leadership with internal controls, POS monitoring, store audits, and asset protection programs.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for shortage reduction programs.
• Assist with inventory preparation and action planning to reduce shortage.
• Model safety as a top priority and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Be available for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
