Job summary

You will supervise Loss Prevention Coordinators and officers, act as the primary incident response contact during assigned hours, and drive investigations, inventory control, and asset protection on the floor. Strong investigative skills and CCTV knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
• Prior lead, shift-lead, or informal supervisory capacity preferred.
• Solid investigative fundamentals and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to de-escalate and manage confrontational situations.
• Working knowledge of CCTV and access control system operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loss prevention operations for a single facility or shift.
• Directly supervise Loss Prevention Coordinators and officers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for incident response during assigned hours.
• Ensure consistent floor-level execution of investigation, inventory control, and security standards.
• Maintain shift logs and incident reports; escalate complex cases to the Manager.
• Collaborate with Operations on floor-level security and inventory issues.
• Provide input on process improvements based on floor-level observations.
