Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Associate Asset Protection Manager to lead inventory shortage performance and execute asset protection strategies at the assigned store. The role protects company assets, supports a safe selling environment, and partners with store leadership and investigators to strengthen awareness, accountability, and results.

You will identify theft exposures, oversee audits, and manage training and incident investigations while directing a professional Asset Protection team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail Asset Protection experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and proficiency with retail security systems and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify theft and shortage exposures and implement mitigation strategies.
• Plan and oversee audits, review findings, drive corrective actions, and lead annual inventory and reconciliation.
• Maintain physical security standards and camera systems, and ensure investigations follow laws and guidelines.
• Partner with investigators to prepare cases and lead store-wide training and shortage awareness initiatives.
• Direct, coach, and develop Asset Protection Investigators, including training and performance reviews.
