Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead investigations, shortage control, and safety programs across our stores. This player-coach role hires, trains, and develops asset protection colleagues while promoting a safe environment and protecting store assets.

You will supervise investigations, partner with leadership and local law enforcement on safety plans, and ensure adherence to policies. A path to strong leadership in loss prevention awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of direct asset protection experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with multiple devices.
• Compliance with licensing requirements where applicable and availability for a flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise investigations and protection programs; ensure policy compliance on apprehensions, CCTV, and records.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach asset protection staff.
• Collaborate with store leadership and local law enforcement on safety and shortage action plans.
• Maintain building security, support emergencies, and analyze incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Schedule staff within budget and educate colleagues on asset protection and safety.
