Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of physical security systems (alarms, EAS, CCTV, locks and keys).
• Ability to work with all levels of management and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible schedule and ability to sit, stand, or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support asset protection initiatives and ensure compliance with plans and programs.
• Build partnerships with store staff, corporate teams, retailers, law enforcement, mall management, and counsel.
• Facilitate training on shortage and theft mitigation, safety, and compliance.
• Use reporting and data to support shortage control and theft mitigation.
• Help provide a safe environment and improve safety, shortage, and audit metrics.
