Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Lead Asset Protection professional in Colton, CA to lead and train the team responsible for protecting product, property, and people. The role requires coordinating shift coverage Tue-Sat 1:30PM-10PM and maintaining precise security documentation.

Salary ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE, with additional Pay Range of $21.15-$36.25 per hour. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in asset protection or related field.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct the work of the asset protection team
• Safeguard the physical security of the premises by monitoring alarms, cameras, and other systems and report any unsafe or suspicious activity
• Conduct inspections and investigations as needed and maintain proper reports/documentation
• Monitor facility entrances and examine and verify documents, such as a driver’s license, proof of insurance, and bills of lading
• Facilitate traffic control and conduct foot patrols/inspections of the facility
• Conduct trailer temperature checks
• Submit recommendations to continuously improve the efficiency of the team
• Perform assigned projects as instructed

Minimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

Pay Range:$21.15 - $36.25
