Lineage Logistics is seeking a dedicated Asset Protection Lead in Colton, CA to lead and train a security team guarding product, equipment, property, customers, and employees. The role schedules Tue-Sat from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM and offers a pay range of $23.00–$26.00 per hour (DOE).

You will plan, assign, and direct daily work, monitor alarms and cameras, perform inspections and investigations, and ensure proper documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in asset protection or related field.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

• Facilitate traffic control and conduct foot patrols/inspections of the facility
• Conduct trailer temperature checks

Lead and train asset protection team responsible for protecting the company's assets and interests through established security measures. Assets include product, equipment, property, customers, and employees.

Schedule: Tue -Sat 1:30PM-10PM

Pay: $23.00-26.00 DOE

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, assign, and direct the work of the asset protection team

Pay Range:$21.15 - $36.25
