Qualifications

• Experience training, coaching, or supervising others in retail, security, asset protection, or related environments.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and respond to theft, fraud, safety, and policy-related incidents.
• Knowledge of company policies and legal requirements related to apprehensions, searches, seizures, and evidence preservation.
• Ability to complete required security training and maintain certifications.
• Ability to apprehend shoplifters and respond appropriately in a retail setting.

• Lead and supervise Asset Protection colleagues in theft prevention, investigations, and apprehensions.
• Partner with store leadership to maintain a safe, secure customer-focused environment.
