Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Asset Protection to oversee shortage and overall company asset protection initiatives across Burlington’s supply chain network.

This leader collaborates with DC AP, Inventory Control, Logistics, etc., to identify shortage trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures across pool points and DCs. Responsibilities include audits, investigations, training, and cross-functional collaboration to mitigate shortage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Logistics and/or Supply Chain related experience.
• Strong understanding of retail loss prevention and security environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal/external investigations with AP teams and Investigations group.
• Audit pools and distribution sites to ensure AP objectives and security standards are met.
• Collaborate with DC Inventory, Field AP, and Store Ops to drive shortage programs.
• Provide training to AP field and stores teams on pool point best practices.
