Job summary

Invitation Homes LP is seeking an Analyst, CAM to drive day-to-day asset management for the Build-to-Rent portfolio. The role focuses on data-driven strategy, KPI tracking, forecasting, and coordinating with on-site teams to enhance occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The position requires strong experience in data analysis, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and cross-functional collaboration to support leadership with insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Analytics, or related fields.
• 2+ years analytical support roles in property management or asset management.
• Familiarity with SFR or Build-to-Rent communities and new home building processes.
• Experience creating investment and portfolio presentations for Senior leadership is a plus.
• Strong experience with large data sets and exploratory data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own community-level performance reporting and dashboards to track occupancy, leasing velocity, maintenance costs, and resident satisfaction.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for market and corporate leadership.
• Support portfolio-level reviews and tracking of corrective action plans.
• Conduct variance analysis on budgets, forecasts, and capex; surface anomalies and recommended resolutions.
• Maintain data integrity across Yardi, Salesforce, and reporting portals.
