Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Asset Management Operations Manager to lead lifecycle management for physical and IT assets across our global infrastructure and sites. You will drive asset tracking, inventory controls, audits, and disposition strategies while partnering with procurement, finance, IT, and facilities to ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across the full asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in asset management or related operations.
• Experience managing physical and IT asset lifecycles including tagging, tracking, auditing, and disposition processes.

• Experience developing and enforcing inventory control procedures and supporting compliance requirements (SOX or equivalent).
• Experience using data analysis tools to monitor asset inventory metrics, identify discrepancies, and drive decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
