Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an asset manager to oversee the Live Expert retail program nationwide, with emphasis on hardware provisioning, vendor relationships, and budget coordination.

The role requires partnering with finance, store contacts, and business units, plus documentation of workflows and creation of playbooks as processes mature. You will manage end-to-end device lifecycles, supervise contractors, forecast demand, and report progress to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• HAM and CHAMP asset management certifications.
• Direct experience managing asset programs for large companies.
• Experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong communication and ability to present to senior leaders.
• Ability to work with external vendors and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hardware operations for the program, focusing on store build outs and maintenance.
• Identify store hardware needs, place orders, drive approvals, track delivery, update store contacts.
• Partner with Finance to manage budget and keep spend within approvals.
• Own break/fix operations and local hardware replenishment to prevent store downtime.
• Direct contractors handling asset-related support tickets.
• Own vendor management and inventory accuracy for store hardware.
• Manage full device lifecycle — deployment, refresh, decommissioning, warranty/RMA, loss/theft claims.
• Coordinate shipping/logistics and forecast hardware demand to prevent stockouts.
• Deliver regular reporting on activity, spend, and high-priority issues.
• Primary focus is process build-outs; create playbooks once processes are defined.
• Implement process improvement initiatives where applicable.
