Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset management industry or equivalent
• Able to work independently with limited oversight
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Previous management consulting and business analysis experience required
• Entrepreneurial, independent and highly motivated
• Knowledge of asset management platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver insights and implement business change across Asset Managers
• Lead workshops with key client stakeholders to drive innovative solutions
• Maintaining an understanding of advancements in Asset Manager business strategy, technology and innovations across the industry
• Understanding and influencing the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Bringing industry expertise to clients in the form of actionable recommendations
• Leading business development initiatives, including client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients
• Supporting the development of the practice by participating in initiatives around market research, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
