The role requires extensive experience in digital assets for banking and capital markets, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage complex engagements with C-suite executives across a global services network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in professional services or consulting.
• Minimum 7 years digital assets experience in banking and capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk frameworks.
• Lead complex engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Developed relationships with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Support digital assets transformation programs from strategy to execution.
• Define or operate custody solutions and financial-crime ecosystems.
• Assess use cases in regulated financial institutions and map to value.
• Drive business development and originate new client opportunities.
• Manage client engagements from buy-in to budgeting and delivery.
• Contribute to development of next generation digital assets offerings.
