Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services experience in technology or management consulting with engagement management and business development.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services engagements in banking or capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support digital assets transformation programs including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Assist in selecting and operating digital asset custody solutions.
• Assess digital asset use cases within regulated institutions mapping to business value.
• Support financial-crime ecosystem solutions like transaction monitoring and investigations.
• Manage all project phases from client buy-in to budgeting and execution.
• Contribute to development of next-gen digital assets offerings and business development.
