Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Manager to help develop offerings and deliver consulting projects in digital assets for financial institutions. Responsibilities span strategy, operating models, custody solutions, and regulatory considerations.

Required are 5+ years in professional services with digital assets leadership in banking/capital markets, plus a Bachelor’s degree. Travel up to 80% may be needed as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking and capital markets
• Designed or assessed operating model governance within regulated financial services institutions
• A Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Develop and support digital asset transformation programs including strategy, operating models, and technology implementations
• Lead or contribute to client engagements across banking and capital markets in digital assets
• Support business development to originate new client opportunities
• Manage project deliverables, client buy-in, planning, budgeting, and execution
• Evaluate digital asset use cases and custody solutions within regulated financial institutions
