Job summary

Mapletree is seeking an Associate, Asset Management in Chicago to formulate and execute asset management strategies for the real estate portfolio. You will drive income optimization and value realization across assets while coordinating with investment teams.

The role requires 5+ years in asset or portfolio management, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proficiency with Argus/MRI; office presence 4 days weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or Engineering or its equivalent.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Argus/MRI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing annual budgets and reports covering financial performance, leasing status and rental collection.
• Tracking fund performance (NOI and Distributable Income) and performing scenario analysis on projections.
• Assist with divestment/acquisition related initiatives and cash flow analyses.
• Manage Argus portfolio files and updates to revenue and expenses for accurate performance analyses.
• Collate market intelligence to ensure competitiveness of products and services.
• Support financing processes and coordinate with Treasury on loan pools and cashflow for facilities.
