As part of one of the world's leading Asset Managers with over $2 trillion in assets under supervision, you will participate in investment opportunities, collaborate with talented colleagues across asset classes and regions, and build meaningful client relationships. Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management combines traditional and alternative investments to provide clients with dedicated partnership and focus on long-term performance. We serve pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, financial advisors, and individuals.




  • Institutional Sales - Markets GSAM's investment products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and advisors. Focus on building long-term relationships and communicating key investment themes. Offers solutions across asset classes including fixed income, equities, and alternatives, with products like mutual funds, ETFs, and separate accounts.

  • Retail Sales - Markets GSAM's products to financial advisors at wire houses, independent broker-dealers, regional broker-dealers, and RIAs, focusing on long-term client relationships and investment solutions across major asset classes.

  • Product Management & Development - Focuses on strategy, research, analysis, design, and development of new funds and alternative products, including cross-border distribution and product advisory services.

  • Marketing - Led by the firm's Chief Marketing Officer, this team develops end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, deepen client relationships, diversify assets, and support business growth. The Asset Management Marketing team creates targeted campaigns across digital channels, paid media, and in-person events.

  • Consultant Relations - Works with investment consultant firms worldwide, advising on asset allocation, investment strategies, and manager selection, requiring a deep understanding of client needs and GS strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficient to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly

  • Self-directed, analytical, and able to form independent judgments

  • Ability to build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
