Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in automotive lending, floorplan operations, or related fields.
• Ability to manage high volumes of inbound communications via phone, email, text.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including explaining compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, email, and text for Collateral Audits and Collateral Protection.
• Provide operational backup for the Collateral Protection function and PTO coverage.
• Reconcile audit findings and maintain accurate documentation for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with field representatives and third‑party auditors as needed.
• Document and report audit results, escalating exceptions or fraud indicators to management.
• Support collateral audits, collateral protection, and remarketing activities as required.
