Job summary

JPMorganChase's Asset Management division is seeking a Product Strategy Associate to collaborate with Americas Product Strategy and develop high-impact messaging and competitive intelligence across AM products. Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the asset management industry, either distribution or investment focused, with comfort and experience doing in-depth analysis and presentations.
• Team player with intellectual curiosity about the investment industry and ability to problem solve.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and investment knowledge with acute attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism, both written and verbal.
• Project management and cross-organization collaboration skills, with the ability to execute in a timely manner while balancing priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and aptitude with market data tools (Morningstar, Simfund, eVestment, Preqin) and firm AI suite.
• Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head of Americas Product Strategy to coordinate team initiatives and develop cross-platform presentations and analysis for senior management.
• Collaborate with asset class specialists to develop proficiency in AM products, competitors, and industry trends.
• Work with investment specialists and portfolio managers to understand products, develop messaging, and provide competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with investment teams to train client advisors, articulate product value propositions and provide analytics.
