Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management seeks an Associate to support investment specialists, product development, manager research, and other areas to enhance our expansive investment product offering and advisor toolset.

You will contribute to improving day-to-day advisor experiences and delivering investment products that help clients achieve life goals. Exposure to managed accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, and more will be gained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information.
• Interest in learning about wealth management products, platforms, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of investment solutions in collaboration with Wealth Management Solutions and Practice Management teams.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning, and help prepare recommendations to advance the investment product offering and advisor toolset.
• Conduct research and analysis on the competitive landscape in wealth management, identifying best-in-class competitors and trends.
• Support the preparation of analyses and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from business and control groups, including solutions, legal, risk, and compliance.
• Develop subject matter expertise in the investment product offering and act as a resource for the team.
