Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguity and apply analytical tools.
• Strong client management and executive communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Perform competitive and market sizing analyses, including profiling competitors’ offerings / strategies and identifying factors driving growth or change in industry structure
• Identify and develop growth strategies based on identifying customer segments, buying behaviors, and customer value propositions
• Translate growth strategies into operational initiatives by modeling business decisions, determining cost structures / drivers, and assessing financial impacts
• Define operating models and address related organizational design and governance issues, such as devising coverage models or defining client segments to differentiate service strategies
• Manage or facilitate inter-Line of Business or intra-Line of Business initiatives
• Drive development of key leadership communication and strategy materials (including for Investor Day and annual Operating Committee off-sites)
• Assess strategic rationale and drivers of value in potential mergers and acquisitions transactions
