Niles Industrial Coatings, LLC is seeking an Asset Management Process Analyst to define and improve the AM operating model. This systems generalist role focuses on process architecture, documentation, and continuous improvement to make workflows durable and auditable.

Working on a small, high-leverage team, you will partner with leaders to translate process needs into platform capabilities, ensuring data quality and cross-functional coordination across service lines.

Responsibilities

• Define, map, and maintain AM workflows across SA management, service-pack standards, report ingestion, and capital planning.
• Lead structured improvement cycles with measurement, bottleneck analysis, and root-cause methods to raise throughput, quality, and consistency across the function.
• Translate process needs into platform capabilities and instrumented workflows within the AM platform.
• Contribute to condition-intelligence analysis and multi-year capital planning work.
• Uphold data hygiene and standards for trusted inputs across the platform.
• Serve as steward of AM process documentation and ensure operators follow AM-governed standards.
• Coordinate with service-line operators and adjacent functions for improvement work.
