Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer - Asset Management to develop and maintain asset information, equipment hierarchy, PM programs, BoMs, and reliability initiatives for our industrial facilities.

You will support CMMS platforms such as Maximo and SAP PM, conduct asset walkdowns, review P&IDs and drawings, create asset registers, and define maintenance strategies based on criticality. Collaboration with maintenance, reliability, operations and engineering teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Process/Packaging Plants
• Experience in Oil/Gas/FMCG/Pharma/Food industries
• Strong experience in Asset Management / CMMS
• Experience with Maximo, SAP PM, or other CMMS platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset information and equipment hierarchy
• Create and validate asset master data and BoMs
• Develop PM plans and maintenance strategies
• Prepare job plans, task lists, and standard procedures
• Coordinate data collection with maintenance, reliability, operations and engineering teams
• Interact with OEMs and vendors for technical information
• Provide progress reports and technical updates
• Prepare Maximo/SAP-ready upload templates
