Job summary

Niles Industrial Coatings, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Asset Management team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting facility lifecycle planning, service coordination, and client reporting.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to real-world asset management strategies, including restoration planning, sustainability initiatives, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in facility management, sustainability, or client services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing client reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support data collection and analysis for asset condition assessments.
• Help coordinate service activities across roofing, coatings, and mechanical systems.
• Participate in internal meetings and client review sessions.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvement efforts.
• Research industry trends and best practices related to facility management.
