Morgan Asset Management Private Equity Group (PEG), with $34 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2024, is comprised of more than 70 professionals globally, and is active in all private equity investment types, styles, stages of business development, industry sectors and geographical locations, and during all market environments. The team manages diversified funds in the areas of Global Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Venture Capital, Co-Investment Funds, Secondary Funds, Impact Funds, separate accounts, and a 1940 Act Evergreen fund. Our global client base includes pension plans, insurance companies, endowments & foundations, as well as family offices, trusts, and high-net worth individuals. The team also works with consulting firms and third party advisors.
Job Summary:
As a Vice President in the Private Equity Operational Due Diligence team within J.P. Morgan Asset Management Private Equity Group, you will play a significant role in enhancing our existing operational due diligence process. You will work closely with the PEG deal teams, Information Management, and Investor Relations teams to assess and report on the operational framework of third-party private equity managers and co-investments. You will also be responsible for ensuring our processes align with industry best practices and addressing inbound operational due diligence inquiries..
