Job summary

Lenox Advisors in New York seeks an Asset Management Associate to drive operational execution across managed portfolios and annuities. You will coordinate onboarding, client service, and account maintenance with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, and vendors.

The role emphasizes CRM accuracy, timely processing of deposits and transfers, and generating client proposals under guidance. A strong grasp of markets and investment solutions for high‑net‑worth clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years investment/client relationship experience.
• Familiar with sophisticated investment solutions for high net worth clients.
• Ability to develop asset allocation strategies and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and determine required paperwork for each account type.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, vendors, and broker-dealers during onboarding.
• Serve as liaison to ensure high-quality client service and accurate CRM entry.
• Process deposits/withdrawals, wire transfers, ACATs, and account maintenance.
• Generate client proposals with guidance from managers.
• Support marketing updates and internal platforms with timely materials.
• Assist leadership on special projects and vendor relationship development.
• Support Asset Management activities and evolve knowledge of broker-dealer tech.
