Job summary

Lenox Advisors is seeking an Asset Management Associate to act as the primary point for operational execution in the Lenox Asset Management department. You will liaise with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, Vendors, and clients to support onboarding, ongoing service, and account activity across portfolios and annuities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years investment/client relationship or sales experience.
• Experience with high net worth investment solutions and asset allocation strategies.
• Familiar with regulatory concepts and security transfers.
• Proficient with Lenox's CRM Mosaic and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new clients and coordinate with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, Vendors, and brokers.
• Serve as liaison to ensure high-quality client service and accurate transaction records.
• Identify complex requests and elevate to Asset Management leadership when needed.
• Manage deposits, withdrawals, wires, ACATs, rebalancing, and distribution activity.
• Generate client proposals with direction from RMs/AMs.
• Update internal marketing platforms with timely materials.
• Support VP, Operations on special projects.
• Develop relationships with vendors to support client accounts.
• Provide operational support for Asset Management without direct supervision by an Asset Manager.
• Stay proficient in broker-dealer and custodian technologies (e.g., Mosaic, A360, ProGen, WealthScape, Envestnet, Tamarac, RightBridge, Broadridge, DST Vision; Charles Schwab, Fidelity, NFS).
