Job summary

Lenox Advisors, a subsidiary of NFP, seeks an Asset Management Associate (AMA) to support the Lenox Asset Management department. You will liaise with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, vendors and clients to onboard new accounts and manage daily transactions across portfolios and annuities.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and timely client service; you will work with proprietary CRM Mosaic and other platforms, support special projects, and contribute to ongoing marketing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years prior investment/client relationship/sales experience.
• Familiar with sophisticated investment solutions designed for high net worth individuals and proficient in asset allocation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist new clients through onboarding, coordinating paperwork by account type and investment.
• Serve as liaison between Asset Managers and partners to ensure high-quality client service.
• Identify complex requests and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Manage deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, ACATs, and portfolio rebalancing requests.
• Generate client proposals with Relationship Managers and Asset Managers.
• Update internal marketing platforms with timely materials and maintain vendor relationships.
• Support special projects for the VP, Operations Manager.
• Develop relationships with Lenox vendors to maintain client accounts.
• Assist Relationship Managers in conducting Asset Management business via various platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of broker-dealer tech (Mosaic, A360, ProGen, etc.) and custodian tech (Schwab, Fidelity, NFS, etc.).
