Job summary

This role requires 10+ years in financial services, a 4-year degree, and experience with broker-dealer compliance.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in financial services or operations with process improvement and performance analysis.
• Series 7 and Series 24 licenses are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Analyze workflows to detect delays, errors, and trends and report findings.
• Lead enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across teams.
• Partner with leadership to support initiative prioritization and delivery.
• Support training, documentation, and communications for new products/processes.
