Job summary

Lenox Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary of NFP and part of the Aon family, seeks a Vice President of Asset Management Operations to improve operational processes across asset management. You will analyze KPIs, identify trends, and partner with leadership to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and regulatory alignment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, platform usage, and cross‑team collaboration to drive initiatives and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4‑year college degree required. Advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in financial services or operations with process improvement.
• Series 7 and Series 24 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational processes to find inefficiencies and improvements.
• Analyze workflows to identify delays, errors, and trends.
• Recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Partner with leadership to support ongoing process improvements.
• Facilitate product/platform readiness from formulation to client delivery.
• Support KPI reporting and leadership dashboards.
