Job summary

Keller Augusta is hiring for a senior asset management/finance role overseeing a 6-million-SF portfolio of office, flex, retail and industrial properties. You will manage leasing, investor reporting, and asset valuation with in-house and third-party teams, driving value through capital plans and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include modeling, acquisitions transitions, and ensuring covenant compliance while coordinating with executives on strategic transactions and JV structures.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant CRE experience at owner/operator or private equity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus is required.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and core accounting knowledge.
• Leasing experience with self-storage is a plus.
• Ability to apply AI to improve workflow and productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related discipline.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for a subset of assets within a large portfolio.
• Lead full lease life cycle: tours, LOIs, lease execution, and tenant build-out coordination.
• Maintain asset management models and update forecasts and investor reports.
• Assist executives with dispositions, financing, and JV structures.
• Prepare bi-annual investor materials and monthly leasing updates.
• Collaborate with finance leadership on valuations and covenant analyses.
• Oversee transitions of acquisitions to asset management and participate in meetings.
• Develop branding, marketing, and design initiatives for the portfolio.
