Job summary

KKR is seeking an intelligent asset manager to join the Credit Asset Management team. The role oversees a portfolio of CRE loans nationwide, handling loan modifications, performance monitoring, and reporting.

The successful candidate will work with investment, legal, finance, and asset management teams, build strong partnerships, and contribute to platform growth. Strong Excel/Argus skills and 5–7+ years of CRE asset management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of asset management experience in commercial real estate loans.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel proficiency, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate draw requests, lease approvals, loan modifications, and other borrower requests.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify adverse credit issues.
• Review monthly/quarterly financials and rent rolls against underwriting.
• Prepare asset performance reports for management and investors.
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor schedules and budgets in real time.
• Mentor portfolio analysts and support special projects.
