Job summary

CompucomStaffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, is seeking an Asset Management & IoT Device Configuration Technician for onsite work in Chandler, AZ. The role emphasizes inventory control, asset records in ServiceNow, and device configuration.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel basics, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs; familiarity with RFID/barcode scanning and Windows 10/11 is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with material control to ensure all required materials are located and inventoried.
• Ensure quality and safety guidelines are followed.
• Ensure ticketed requests are assigned, communicated, and addressed within customer SLA.
• Ship or Receive Hardware using Client Inter Property or Integrated Shipping Memo process.
• Move equipment from dock to room locations for staging.
• Perform asset management and update asset records in ServiceNow for dispositioning hardware.
• Scanning and labeling of hardware using RFID or barcode scanners.
• Designate parts identified for spare part stock inventory.
• Proper e-waste handling and disposal per Client process.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Asset Management & IoT Device Configuration Technician to join their team onsite in Chandler, AZ.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with material control to ensure all required materials are located, secured, and properly inventoried
• Ensure quality and safety guidelines are followed
• Ensure ticketed requests are assigned, communicated, and addressed within customer SLA
• Ship or Receive Hardware using Client Inter Property or Integrated Shipping Memo process
• Move Equipment from dock to room locations to be staged for inventory, storage or shipping
• Perform asset management functions and ensure asset records are proper updated in ServiceNow for dispositioning of the hardware
• Scanning and Labeling of hardware may be needed (use of RFID or Barcode scanners devices will be provided)
• Designate parts identified for spare part stock inventory, if applicable
• Proper e-waste handling and disposal, according to Client process

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $19.37 - $25.83 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
