Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer - Asset Management for our industrial operations in Texas. You will develop and maintain asset information, create asset hierarchies, and support CMMS systems to improve reliability and maintenance excellence.

You will review P&IDs, prepare PM plans, job plans, and BOM validation, and work with maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data uploads to Maximo and SAP PM. Experience in FMCG/Pharma/Food helpful.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in Process / Packaging Plants.
Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Food industries.
Strong experience in Asset Management / CMMS.
Experience with Maximo, SAP PM, or other CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain asset information and asset registers.
Define maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality.
Prepare PM plans, Job Plans, and Task Lists.
Validate BoM for maintainable assets.
Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, reliability, operations teams for data and CMMS deployment.
Prepare Maximo/SAP-ready asset upload templates.
Interact with OEMs and vendors for technical information.
