Job summary

L&T Technology Services is seeking a Mechanical Engineer - Asset Management to develop and maintain asset information, equipment hierarchy, PM programs, BoMs, and reliability initiatives for industrial facilities. You will support CMMS platforms like Maximo or SAP PM to improve reliability and maintenance.

Coordinate with maintenance, reliability, operations and engineering teams; perform asset walkdowns, review P&IDs, create asset master data, and prepare Maximo/SAP-ready templates while

Qualifications

5-7 years in Process/Packaging plants (FMCG/Pharma/Food) including Asset Management.
Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo, SAP PM) and asset data handling.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain asset information and equipment hierarchy for CMMS deployment.
Create and validate PM plans, tasks, and standard maintenance procedures.
Prepare Maximo/SAP-ready asset upload templates and validate BOMs.
Coordinate with maintenance, reliability, operations and eng teams for data.
Review P&IDs, drawings, and manuals for asset information.
