Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in physical asset management or related functions.
• Experience directing large-scale annual asset inventories.
• Experience supervising managers.
• Experience developing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the operations of the Asset Management Office (AMO).
• Lead planning and execution of the annual physical inventory across 400+ locations.
• Provide oversight of asset disposition activities in line with laws and policies.
• Develop and maintain asset management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Oversee AMO budget, expenditures, and resource allocation; report to leadership.
