Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in real estate development, law, lending, loan portfolio management, housing, or economic development (a Master’s may substitute).
• Strong results-orientation with planning, strategy, and accountability to meet objectives and timelines.
• Effective written and oral communication tailored to audience and purpose.
• Advanced customer service orientation, responsive and kind in guiding clients and stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork across diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software applications (word, spreadsheet, database, internet).

Responsibilities

• Receive and process asset management requests and loan mod requests from borrowers.
• Ensure borrowers are current on compliance before loan modifications.
• Review requests for documentation and notify for missing items and fees.
• Maintain summary reports of outstanding requests and documentation matters.
• Assist project staff with review and processing of borrower requests.
• Track upcoming maturity dates and coordinate extensions and due diligence.
