What You'll Gain

  • Enhance acquisitions and due diligence by supporting property evaluations, investment reports, and financial analysis to ensure data-driven investment decisions.
  • Oversee compliance, budgets, and financial responsibilities by handling lease abstracts, insurance claims, late notices, AR collections, CAM reconciliations, and budget tracking, working closely with accounting to ensure accuracy.
  • Strengthen coordination across teams by working with tenants, landlords, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth lease execution, operational efficiency, and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee administrative, reporting, and process functions by maintaining monthly reports, processing vendor invoices and change orders, and updating vendor records, while cross-training in back-office operations.

Who You Are

  • A real estate professional with multiple years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field, ready to contribute to a dynamic investment portfolio.
  • A strategic problem-solver who identifies challenges, develops solutions, and drives execution to enhance operational efficiency and asset performance.
  • A proactive project contributor with strong organizational skills, ensuring capital projects, financial processes, and lease administration run smoothly.
  • A clear and strategic communicator who analyzes information, articulates solutions, and collaborates effectively with tenants, vendors, internal teams and stakeholders.
  • A relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, balancing attention to detail with big-picture thinking to create meaningful impact.
