Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners invites applications for a Computer Hardware and Software Support role within the End User Asset Management team. The position supports IT Asset Management, handles warehousing, tracking, distribution and recovery of hardware assets and software licenses, and administers the mobile device program.

The role is a 2+ year consultant with strong potential for long-term employment. Hybrid work is in Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR with onsite presence four days a week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a directly related technical field is preferred.
• 6 months of experience in Computer/Information Technology or a directly related field preferably providing computer hardware and/or software support is required.
• 6 months working knowledge of computer systems and components, operating systems, and applications software.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
• One or more of the following Certifications: CSAM, CHAMP, CITAM.
• Demonstrated logistics and/or warehouse systems experience.
• Familiarity with procurement and/or asset ordering systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and asset ordering.
• Warehousing, tracking, distribution, and recovery of hardware assets and software licenses.
• Administer the Agency's mobile device program.
• Support IT Asset Management Specialist in day-to-day tasks.
