Job summary

National CORE is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support a large portfolio of affordable housing assets in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will build detailed financial models, track performance metrics, and assist with financing activities including refinancings and LIHTC-related work.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields and 1–3 years in real estate finance or asset management.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and analytical skills in a professional environment.
• Advocate accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Smartsheet and Power BI experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed financial models and recurring/ad hoc reports.
• Assist in quarterly, monthly, and annual financial reviews with trend analyses.
• Support funding applications, refinancings, and resyndications; perform analyses.
• Assist due diligence for prospective new acquisitions and feasibility reviews.
• Prepare operational analyses and industry trend comparisons.
• Conduct periodic site visits to CORE properties and potential sites.
